You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.laaroza.com. Once you login you will see an option called – “My Account” where you can view all your past orders. Alternatively, confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered email after placing the order.

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Wash Care for Kurtas/Sarees/Fabrics/Dupattas:

Handwash lightly with mild detergent.

Do not soak. Dry inside out in shade.

Dry clean is ideal but hand wash also works.

 All products have wash care information mentioned in the description under the product. Please go through the same thoroughly to ensure long durability of the product.

The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable. Since our products are also not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process.

Shipping related & Customer Service - FAQs

Orders are generally shipped in an average time span of 3 to 7 days. However, shipping timelines differ from product to product.

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such. 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, If there is any damage found to the packaging at the time of delivery contact us immediately to our mail ID sale@laaroza.com and call along with the video showing us the actual condition of the packaging and the outfit when received.
